Welcome to Temple Gates of Prayer
Welcome to Temple Gates of Prayer. We are an egalitarian Conservative synagogue affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, founded in 1901. We have a daily Minyan, Shabbat and holiday services, as well as Junior Congregation. We have family Shabbat dinners, holiday celebrations, adult education, and activities for all ages.
Among our many and varied programs, we have a Hebrew School for children with special needs. Classes meet on Sunday mornings from 10:45 to noon at the Temple. Membership is not required and the tuition is minimal. The small classes are taught by teachers with a Master's Degree in Special Education. Call Rabbi Thaler for more information.
